全间歇短程化疗在老年肺结核的应用探讨

目的 :探讨老年初治涂阳肺结核全间歇短程化疗效果和管理措施。方法 :对本所 1994年以来世行贷款结核病控制项目部分资料的分析比较 60岁以上老年人与 19～ 3 5岁青年初治涂阳病例 ,采用 2 S3 H3 R3 Z3 /4 H3 R3 或 2 H3 R3 Z3 E3 /4 H3 R3全程间歇化疗方案的治疗效果。结果 :疗程结果时痰菌阴转率老年组 98.3 % ,青年组 10 0 % ,差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 )。随访两年以上无复发。结论 :该方案服药仅 90次 ,加上板装组合 ,尤适合老年人服用且方便督导 ,但须严格执行 DOTS管理 ,方可取得近远期效果

STUDY ON APPLICATION OF WHOLE INTERMI TTENT SHORT COURSE CHEM ICAL CHEMOTHERAPY OF PULINONARY TUBERCULOSIS IN THE ELDERLY.

Objective:To investigate preliminary cure smear p ositive whole intermittent short course chemical chemotherapy and management met hods of pulmon ary tuberculosis in the elderly.Methods:Analysis was done to th e project inform ation conducted from 1994 tuberculosis control project loaned by the World Bank. comparing the preliminary cure smear positive cases for old people of sixty an d upwards with that of young people from 19 to 35 years old, using 2S 3H 3R 3 Z 3/4H 3 R 3 or 2H 3R 3Z 3E 3/4H 3R 3 whole course intermittent chemical chemother ary results.Re sults:At the end of the course of treatment, tubercle bacillus in phleg m transfo rmed to negative rate got to 98 3% and 100%,respectively. There was no si gnificant difference ( P> 0 05) .And there was no recurrence during 2 years, accompani ed by visi tation.Conclusions:Because the number of times of taking medicine fo r th is program is only 90, also the medicine is packed with plate combination, it isespecially fit for old patients. And it is convenient for supervising and instru ction. It will gain short and long term efficacy only by executing DOTS control strictly.
