| 摘 要： | 自然杀伤T细胞(NKT)是一类特殊类型的T淋巴细胞,可识别由CD1d分子提呈的抗原,活化后既可直接作为抗肿瘤效应细胞发挥杀伤作用,又能通过激活其他免疫效应细胞,如NK细胞,间接实现抗肿瘤作用.NKT细胞在机体的自身免疫性疾病、感染性疾病、肿瘤以及移植排斥等方面也发挥着重要的作用.

| Abstract: | NKT cells are an unique T lymphocyte sub-lineage and can recognize glycolipids presented by CD1d molecules through cell recognition pathway.After activated,NKT cells can kill tumors directly as the anti-tumor effectors and they can also activate other cell types such as NK cells,which can mediate anti-tumor effects indirectly.NKT cells also play an important role in autoimmune disease,infectious diseases,cancer and transplantation rejection. |
