| 摘 要： | 目的:评价早期应用Ponseti技术治疗先天性马蹄内翻足(CCF)的疗效.方法:应用Ponseti方法治疗先天性马蹄内翻足18例130足,年龄3天-5个月.结果:所有病例均获随访,18例30足中16例28足畸形获得纠正,患儿足外观矫正,足发育良好,关节功能良好.结论:早期应用Ponseti方法治疗CCF可取得良好效果.

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the effect of Ponseti method as an early treatment for infants with congenital clubfoot (CCF).Methods:18 CCF patients (30 feet) were managed with Ponseti method with aging of 3- day to 5-month. Results:All patients were followed up. 16 patients (28 feet) were rectified successfully. The appearances of feet of patients rectified, the feet developed and function of articulations recovered well.
