| 摘 要： | 介绍一种改进型银染色法。与传统银染色法用于检测同一种蛋白质的灵敏度、快速性进行比较。结果显示 ,在灵敏度无差异的情况下 ,改进型银染色法具有操作简便 ,省时的特点。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces an improved silver staining method which was compared with conventional silver staining methods in sensitivity and speed for protein electrophoresis. The results indicated that this method was as sensitive as conventional methods, but had simpler procedures and cost less time. |
