普外科腹腔镜治疗急腹症的临床疗效观察

目的探究在普外科急腹症患者行腹腔镜治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院2009年3月～2012年1月共140例患者，随机分为开腹组及微创组各70例，开腹组予常规开腹手术治疗，微创组予腹腔镜微创治疗，对比两组患者的临床资料。结果本研究中微创组术后应用止痛药10例，较开腹组少22例；微创组术后开始排气平均（26．5±3．1）h，术中出血约（30．5±10．3）mL，手术时间（46．5±13．1）min、住院时间（5．5±1．1）d；开腹组分别为（37．7±4．5）h、（71．4±13．5）mL、（77．7±14．5）min、（6_4±1．6）d；微创组均较开腹组短，差异具有统计学意义。结论腹腔镜为急腹症患者的理想手术治疗方式。

Laparoscopic treatment of acute abdomen in general surgery clinical observation

Objective To explore the surgical abdomen patients undergoing laparoscopic treatment. Methods A total of 140 patients were divided into open and minimally invasive group with 70 cases in each group in our hospital from 2009 March to 2012 January, open group to the conventional open operation treatment, minimally invasive group to the laparoscopie minimally invasive treatment, compared the two groups of patients between clinical data difference. Results The group study in minimally invasive group postoperative application of analgesics in 10 cases,22 cases of open group less invasive group; postoperative exhaust flat （26.5±3.1） h, intraoperative hemorrhage about （30.5±10.3） mL, operation time （46.5±13.1） d, hospitalization time （5.5±1.1） d; laparotomy group respectively （37.7±4.5） h, （71.4±13.5） mL, （77.7±14.5） d, （6.4±1.6） d; minimally invasive group are lower than the open group short, differences in line with statistical significance statisticalanalysis. Conclusion Laparoscopic operation for patients with acute abdomen ideal treatment.
