儿科患者不同时期的心理护理与心理特点分析

目的:对儿科患者在不同时期的心理特点进行分析探讨并总结心理护理经验。方法:随机选取200例儿科患者,依照患儿年龄平均分为两组,a组:0～3岁,100人;b组:4～7岁,100人;然后按照随机的分配原则将a、b组各分为试验组(al、b1),每组50例,依照患儿不同的心理特点对其进行心理护理,相应的对照组(a2、b2),则只进行一般的术前准备,对患儿在手术前后的配合程度、恐惧感、手术前后血压和脉搏变化结果进行记录分析,总结儿科患者不同时期心理护理经验和心理特点。结果:经过心理护理的试验组患儿和未进行心理的对照组患儿对比发现,接受心理护理组患儿的精神状况和手术配合程度明显优于常规组(P<0.05),手术前后患儿恐惧感比未经心理护理的患儿低(P<0.05);实验组和对照组患儿在手术前后的血压以及脉搏差异明显,试验组患儿血压稳定率及脉搏稳定性都好于对照组,数据具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:根据不同时期儿科患者的心理特点给与合理的心理护理工作对于患儿的疾病治疗作用是十分巨大的,提高患儿的手术成功率和术后恢复率。

Pediatric Patients During Different Periods of Psychological Care and Psychological Characteristics Analysis

Objective:To pediatric patients in different period of the psychological characteristics analysis and summary of psychological nursing experience.Methods:200 cases were randomly selected pediatric patients,according to the mean age children are divided into two groups,a group:0 ～ 3 years old,100 people;Group b:4 ～ 7 years old,100 people;Then according to random distribution principle will be a,b group of each divided into trial group(al,b1),each group of 50 cases,in accordance with the psychological characteristics of children of the different the psychological care,the corresponding control group(a2,b2),the only general preoperative preparation,before and after operation with the children in degree,fear before and after operation,blood pressure and pulse change results recorded analysis,this paper summarizes the pediatric patients different period of psychological nursing experience and psychological characteristics.Results:After psychological care group of children and not the children of the control group found that psychological comparison,accept psychological care group of children’s mental health and operation degree with clearly superior group(P<0.05),before and after operation than children without fear of psychological care to children with low(P<0.05);The experimental group and control group in children before and after operation blood pressure and pulse differences are significant,blood pressure and pulse of children of the group WenDingLv stability are good in the control group,the data are statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:According to the different period the psychological characteristic of pediatric patients to give reasonable psychological nursing work for the patient’s disease therapy effect is very great,improve the success rate of children and postoperative recovery rate.
