腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶术与开放手术的临床疗效对比研究

目的探讨腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶术与开放手术的临床效果。方法选择我院2009年8月至2011年9月单纯性肾囊肿患者共80例,上述患者分为观察组和对照组。观察组患者实施腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶术,对照组患者实施传统开放手术。记录两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、拔管时间、术后首次排气时间和住院时间。结果观察组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后首次排气时间和住院时间显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的术后感染率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术后均未见不良反应和囊肿复发。结论腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶术临床效果显著,手术时间短,术中出血量少,术后恢复快,值得借鉴。

Therapeutic Effect Comparison of Renal Cyst Decortication under Laparoscopy and Open Surgery

Objective To discuss the clinical effects of renal cyst decortication under laparoscopy and open surgery.Methods 80 cases with simple renal cyst from Aug.2009 to Sep.2011 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.They were performed renal cyst decortication under laparoscopy and conventional open surgery,respectively.The operation time,bleeding volume during operation,extubation time,first exhaust time after operation and hospitalization time were recorded.Results The operation time,bleeding volume during operation,first exhaust time after operation and hospitalization time of observation group were significantly lower than that the control group,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The postoperative infection of observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions or cyst recurrence were observed in both groups.Conclusion Renal cyst decortication under laparoscopy has obvious clinical effect with shorter operation time,less bleeding volume,and quicker recovery,which is worth learning.
