| 摘 要： | 目的 建立HPLC法测定银黄冲剂中黄芩苷的含量。方法 采用Shimadzu -C18柱,流动相为甲醇 -水 -磷酸(4 7∶5 3∶0 2),检测波长为 2 80nm。结果 测得线性范围 0 385 μg～ 3 0 8μg(r =0 9999),平均回收率为 98 0 5 %,RSD为 2 11%(n =5 )。结论 本法简便,准确,专属性强。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a HPLC method for dete rmining the content of Baicalin in Yinhuang Granule.Methods Using Shimadzu-C 18 as the column and water-methanol-phosphoric acid (53∶47∶0.2) as the mobile phase.The detect ion wavelength was 280nm.Results The linear range is from 0 .385μg to 3.08μg (r=0.9999).The Average recovery r ate was 98.05% and RSD was 2.11%(n=5).Conlusion The method is simpl e,accurate and specific. |
