| 摘 要： | 应用自动血浆分离器对７４例类风湿关节炎（ＲＡ）和强直性脊柱炎（ＡＳ）共进行２７４人次血浆置换（ＰＥ），取得了显著疗效，显效率６３．５１％，有效率３３．７８％，无效２．７１％，总有效率９７．２９％。在ＰＥ时观察到在ＰＥ前病情活动期血清ｓＩＬ—２Ｒ浓度升高，并与血沉呈正相关（ｒ＝０．５４０，Ｐ＜０．１０）。研究指示：ｓｌＬ—２Ｒ浓度升高，可作为ＲＡ，ＡＳ患者病情活动及恶化的观察指标．

| Abstract: | 274 Plasma exchange (PE) procedure were perfomed in 74 patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and ankylosing spondylitis (AS), using the autopheresis-c plasmapheresis syatem. The remakable effective rate, the effective rat and the total effective rate were 63. 51%,33. 78%, 97. 29 %,respective after therapy.At the same time investigated the results showed the concentration of soluble interleukin-2receptor(slL-2R) were increased before the PE in active RA and AS. Serum sIL-2R values werecorrelated with ESR (r=0. 540,p<0. 10). The study suggests that increased concentration ofAIL-R can serve an indicator of RA and AS activation and/or exacerbation. |
