| 摘 要： | 目的: 探索胃康片最佳醇提工艺条件。 方法: 以浸膏得率和盐酸小檗碱含量为评价指标,采用正交设计法对醇提工艺条件进行优选。 结果: 最佳提取工艺为:以80%乙醇为溶剂,浸泡1.5 h,提取2次,加醇量分别为8,6倍量,提取时间分别为2.5,2.0 h。 结论: 优选的提取工艺稳定可行。

| Abstract: | Objective: To seek the optimum alcohol extraction conditions of Weikan tablets. Method: The extraction conditions were optimized by orthogonal tests with the extract yield and the amount of the extracted hydrochloride berberine as index. Result: The optimum extraction process was as follows:soaking in alcohol for 1.5 h,extracting two times,adding alcohol for 8,6 times and extracting for 2.5,2.0 h respectively. Conclusion: The optimum extraction process was stable and practicable in manufacture. |
