补肾活血方对卵巢早衰患者血清FSH、LH、E2及PRL的影响

摘    要:目的探讨补肾活血中药对卵巢早衰患者生殖内分泌的影响。方法采用随机、对照原则,将60例患者分成西药组和中药组,西药组口服信美力治疗,中药组口服补肾活血方治疗。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测治疗前后血清雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)以及催乳素(PRL)浓度。结果西药组及中药组治疗后血清E2含量均明显升高,但西药组E2含量显著高于中药组(P<0.05);西药组及中药组治疗后血清FSH含量均明显降低,但中药组明显低于西药组(P<0.05);中药组治疗后血清LH明显降低(P<0.05),但西药组未有显著变化。结论补肾活血中药主要通过纠正紊乱的生殖内分泌轴和恢复部分卵巢功能,对免疫性卵巢早衰发挥防治作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of "Bushen Huoxue Decoction" on reproductive and endocrine systems in patients with premature ovarian failure. Methods Randomized controlled principle was adopted to divide 60 subjects into two groups: control group in which 30 cases were given Conjugated Estrogens and treatment group in which 30 cases were given "Bushen Huoxue Decoction". Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was adopted to detect the concentrations of Serum E2, FSH, LH and PRL. Results After treatment, E2 rose in both groups, but the control group had higher concentration than treatment group(P < 0.05); the serum FSH reduced in both groups, but lower in treatment group than in control group(P < 0.05); LH decreased obviously in treatment group(P < 0.05). Conclusion "Bushen Huoxue Decoction" can remedy endocrine disturbance and partially recover ovary functions to prevent immune premature ovarian failure.
