福建省新农合住院癌症9.1万人次基本特征研究

目的]研究福建省新型农村合作医疗(NCMS)住院癌症患者分布基本特征。方法]收集全省近4年218万住院病例数据库,分析癌症患者9.1万人次的规律和特征,用SPSS软件包统计分析。结果]住院频数依次为胃癌、食管癌、肠癌、肝癌和肺癌;男多于女;平均年龄:肝癌53.5岁,肠癌55.0岁,肺癌、胃癌和食管癌类似(约59~60岁);患者多到县级以上医院治疗(59.3%);食管癌的住院费最高;女性主要癌症频数依次为乳腺癌、子宫癌和卵巢癌,卵巢癌平均发病年龄最低(38.2岁)。结论]福建省近4年9.1万人次住院癌症患者中,肝癌和卵巢癌发病年龄较早,食管癌住院费用较高,男性病例数较多,应引起注意;加强县内医院建设,力争癌症患者在县内诊疗才能控制住院费用。

Study on Basic Characteristics of 91 thousand Hospitalization Cancer Cases in Fujian NCMS

Objective] To study the characteristics of hospitalization cancer cases in Fujian NCMS.Methods] Using SPSS package,the database of 2 180 thousand hospitalization cases was established.Totally 91 thousand cancer cases were screened out and the basic characteristics analyzed.Results] The frequencies of cancer cases were ranking as follows： stomach,esophagus,intestine,liver and lung.Male cases were more than female.The mean age of liver and intestine cancers was younger（53.6 and 55.0） than lung,stomach and esophagus cancer（59-60）.Cancer cases were mostly hospitalized at the hospitals of higher county level（59.3%）.Hospitalization fee for esophagus cases was higher than the other cancers.The frequencies of female cases were ranking as follows： galactophore,womb and ovary.The mean age of ovary cancer was younger（38.2）.Conclusion] The mean age of liver and ovary cancer was younger.The hospitalization fee for esophagus was higher.Male cases were more than female.Strengthening hospital construction to attract the cases hospitalized locally is key measure for controlling hospitalization burden.
