| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨腹针对颈椎病的临床疗效。方法：42例颈椎病住院患者，采用腹针疗法治疗，观察其症状、体征变化。结果：腹针组治愈42例，治愈率为64．3％，有效率为97．6％，而常规针刺组治愈率为41．0％，有效率为94．9％。经Ridit统计学处理，P=0．022〈0．05，腹针治疗组与常规针刺组疗效比较，差异有统计学意义。结论：腹针疗法治疗颈椎病的疗效优于常规针刺组。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of abdominal acupuncture for cervical spondylosis.Methods:42 inpatients were treated by abdominal acupuncture,with the patients' symptoms and physical signs observed for clinical effects evaluation.Results:The abdominal acupuncture group's curative and effective ratio were 64.3% and 97.6%,while those of the general acupuncture group were 41.0% and 94.9%(P<0.05).There was statistical difference between the two groups.Conclusion:Abdominal acupuncture had better effects for cervical spondylosis than general acupuncture. |
