抗生素和抗癌药对白念珠菌定居小鼠肠道和播散的影响

给经口饲白念珠菌(白念)的小鼠口服抗生素、腹腔注射抗癌药,持续3～4周,此间每隔一周处死数只小鼠,检查其盲肠及内脏器官的白念菌落数。结果发现,抗生素和抗癌药处理能增加小鼠肠道内白念定居数量,并促进白念播散至内脏器官。此动物感染模型可用于白念珠菌病播散规律和防治措施等的研究。

Effects of Antibiotics and Antineoplastics on C. albicans Coloniaation and Dissemination from Gastrointestinal Tract

This article reports that mice fed with C.ALBICANS,was given antibiotics in their drinking water,or given antineoplastics by intrapcritoneal injection over 3~4 weeks period.At weekly intervals,C.albicans colonies in their gastrointestinal tract were counted.The results showed that in animals treated with antibiotics and antineoplastics Candida colonization,had higher counts and were more likely to disseminate C.ALBICANS than in those without treatment.This model was fit for studying the regular dissemination pattern of candidiasis,and for studying the preventive and thcraputic measure.
