| 摘 要： | 采用游离空肠移植术,修复2例食管癌术后颈部食管结肠吻合口瘘患者获得成功。根据吻合口瘘的具体情况,对吻合口小部分脱裂者,宜采用补片形式;对吻合口大部分脱裂、连接处范围很小者,先切断连接处,再进行空肠段移植。吻接血管是手术成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Free jejunal grafting was successfully performed by our department
on 2 patients to repair the cervical anastomotic leakage following esoph-
ago-colostomy of esophageal carcinoma. The results of the treatment
were gratifying. Patch method was adopted for small leakage, while in
the case of a larger one, the anastomosis was completely separated and
then free jejunal grafting was done. Anastomosis of blood vessels played
a decisive role in the successful performance of the operation. |
