不同年龄段冠心病介入治疗疗效比较

目的总结中年及老年冠心病介入治疗特点及评价近期疗效。方法回顾分析170例冠心病予以经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术(PCI)治疗患者,按中年及老年进行分组,对危险因素、手术指征、冠状动脉影像学特点、PCI术效果、术后并发症及预后进行对比分析。结果老年女性冠心病构成比较高;中年急性心肌梗死比例增加,左主干病变较多;两组手术成功率相近,近期疗效相当。结论急性心肌梗死发生趋向年轻化;老年女性冠心病发生机率增加;老年冠心病介入治疗效果与中年相似。

The efficacy comparsion of percutaneous coronary intervension of different ages in patients with coronary artery discese

Objective To summarize the characters of the middle age and old age patients with coronary artery disease(CAD) undergoing percutaneous coronary intervension(PCI )and evaluate the short- time efficacy.Methods The retrospective analysis of 170 patients of coronary artery diseases who underwent the PCI from September 2000 to September 2004.The patients were divided with middle age(<60 years) and old age(≥60 years).The risk factors,indications of operation,imageology characters of coronary artery,the efficacy of PCI,the complications of operation and prognosis were analysed.Results The constituent ratio of old female with CAD was relative high,the proportion of AMI of middle age raised,the success rates and the short-time efficacies of two groups was comparative.Conclusions The occurrence of AMI trends to younth,the morbility of CAD is higher in old female,the efficacy of PCI between two groups is similar.
