摘    要:培养公共卫生创新人才是当前公共卫生事业发展的迫切需要。本文从建设高水平的学科,加强人才队伍建设,建立本科生创新教育基地,开设创新课程,成立本科生创新小组,给学生提供科研项目,培养本科生应对突发公共卫生事件现场的处置能力和组织指挥能力,为学生提供社会实践机会,逐步提高本科生的创新意识和创新实践能力等方面探索并实践我国高素质应急型公共卫生学本科生创新教育模式。

Abstract:It is an urgent need of the development of public health to train creative personnel of public health.This paper explores and practises creativity-oriented educational mode of high-quality public health undergraduates in our country in the following aspects: constructing a high-level discipline,strengthening talents training,setting up bases of creativity-oriented education,offering creativity-oriented courses,setting up undergraduate creativity groups,providing students with research projects,cultivating undergraduates' abilities to handle and organize on the spot in case of emergent public health incidents,and providing students with opportunities of social practice so as to upgrade their awareness and practical ability of creativity.
