| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨酪氨酸激酶受体RON与非小细胞性肺癌发生的可能机制。方法:应用PubMed和CHKD期刊全文数据库检索系统,以RON、MSP和肺癌为关键词,检索2000-01-2009-09相关文献,共检索到英文文献130篇和中文文献17篇。精选50篇,最后纳入21篇进行归纳分析。结果:国外文献对RON有较深入的分析,论及RON在乳腺、结肠、肝、肺、肾、膀胱及卵巢肿瘤中,RON呈现过度表达,发生率波动于32.8%～59%,这取决于肿瘤的类型差异。国内对MSP/RON与肺癌发生的可能机制研究明显偏少,仅为3篇。结论:RON的过度表达与肺癌的进展、转移密切相关,检测RON的异常对判断肿瘤的临床进展及转移有一定的参考价值,RON可能成为诊断治疗的新靶点。MSP/RON在肺癌发生中的机制是极其复杂的,有待进一步的阐述。
