摘    要:目的建立上颌第一前磨牙的精细三维模型,并最终应用于有限元分析(FEA)。方法用M icro-CT对选取的完整上颌第一前磨牙进行扫描,将获得的CT影像通过M im ics8.1软件进行拟合,初步形成模型。再将模型转入Geom agic7软件进行修改和细化,最终形成FEA软件可识别的实体三维模型。结果成功建立了上颌第一前磨牙的三维模型,并摸索出一套行之有效、方便快捷的有限元模型建立方法。结论结合M icro-CT技术的牙体组织三维重建可以获得极高的真实性和精确性,能够满足各种牙体生物力学分析的需要。

Abstract:Objective To construct the fine 3D model of the maxillary first premolar for finite element analyzes(FEA).Methods Micro-CT was used to scan the intact maxillary first premolar.CT images were reconstructed through Mimics8.1 software and the primary 3D model was gained,then,after improvement in the Geomagic7 software,the model that could be identified by the FEA software was accomplished.Results The 3D model of the maxillary first premolar was constructed successfully,and a more effective and easier way to reconstruct the 3D model of the tooth was found.Conclusion Using Micro-CT technique the 3D reconstruction of the tooth structure is moreauthentic and precise,the 3D premolar model provides an accurate model for biomechanical analysis,and can be used for the basis of further research.
