| 摘 要： | 2006年，中国医院协会在卫生部医政司的指导和支持下，开始尝试我国单病种质量管理评价的新模式，旨在通过选择代表医院医疗核心质量管理和监控的部分病种进行评价，在实践临床路径的基础上，实施单病种管理所制定的诊治方案。2009年，卫生部要求全国卫生行政部门参照中国医院协会制定的急性心肌梗死，心力衰竭，肺炎，脑梗死，髋、膝关节置换术，冠状动脉旁路移植术等6个单病种质量控制指标，开展单病种质量控制。
