摘    要:目的青蒿琥酯对S180荷瘤小鼠免疫调节的作用及机制的研究。方法移植性S180 1:1肿瘤组织生理盐水混悬液,每只小鼠腋窝皮下接种S180肿瘤细胞悬液。24h后,ip给药青蒿琥酯,每天给药1次,连续10d。检测S180荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能。结果青蒿琥酯高(60g·kg^-1·d^-1)、中(30g·kg^-1·d^-1)和青蒿琥酯低(15g·kg^-1·d^-1)剂量组。能显著抑制S180生长和升高S180荷瘤小鼠血清IgG抗体水平,对2,4-二硝基氟苯(DNFB)诱导的迟发性超敏反应有增强作用:诱导淋巴细胞转化为淋巴母细胞;提高小鼠网状内皮系统的碳粒廓清作用;促进PHA(植物血球凝集素):并能增强小鼠红细胞免疫功能作用。结论青蒿琥酯对小鼠S180荷瘤生长具有抑制作用;并能显著增强荷瘤小鼠S180的细胞免疫功能。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of gonad of male recipient on development of neonatal ovary allograft and its oocytes.Methods The ovaries from one-day-old mice were transplanted underneath the kidney capsule of male recipient with or without gonad.The ovarian grafts were collected at 21 days after transplantation and examined by histopathology.Results It was found that the ovarian grafts increased in size,the recovery rate and average number of oocytes collected from each graft in both groups were 92.9%...
