雪松松针二氯甲烷提取物的化学成分研究

摘    要:目的:研究雪松Cedrus deodara松针二氯甲烷提取物的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶和Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱方法对其化学成分进行分离和纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定结构。结果:从雪松松针95%乙醇提取物的二氯甲烷萃取部位分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为:豆甾醇(1)、齐墩果酸(2)、对羟基苯甲醛(3)、β-谷甾醇(4)、丁香脂素(5)、胡萝卜苷(6)、对羟基苯甲酸(7)、没食子酸甲酯(8)、没食子酸(9)。结论:除了化合物4外,其余8个化合物均为首次从该属植物针叶中分离得到。

Abstract:Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the dichloromethane extracted from pine needles of Cedrus deodara.Methods: Compounds were isolated and purified from the dichloromethane extract of pine needles by chromatography on silica gel and Sephadex LH-20.Their structures were identified on the basis of spectroscopic analysis and physicochemical property.Results: Nine compounds were isolated and purified.Their structures were identified as stigmasterol(1),oleanolic acid(2),parahydroxybenzaldehyde(3),β-sitosterol(4),syringaresinol(5),daucosterol(6),p-hydroxybenzoic acid(7),gallicin(8)and gallic acid(9).Conclusion: Compounds 1~3,5~9 are isolated from pine needles of this genus for the first time.
