胃癌组织中P16和Rb蛋白的表达

目的 :探讨P1 6和Rb蛋白在胃癌发生发展中的作用。方法 :采用免疫组化方法检测 4 0例胃癌标本和1 8例癌旁正常胃黏膜中的P1 6和Rb蛋白的表达。结果 :P1 6和Rb蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达阳性率 (35 .5 % ,4 0 % )明显低于癌旁正常胃黏膜组织 (88.6 % ,85 .7% ) (P <0 .0 5 ) ;P1 6和Rb蛋白在胃癌中的表达阳性率呈明显负相关(P <0 .0 5 ,rs=- 0 .5 1 2 ) ;P1 6表达与胃癌的淋巴结转移 ,浸润深度 ,TNM分期有关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;Rb表达与胃癌的淋巴结转移有关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,与浸润深度 ,TNM分期无关 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :P1 6和Rb蛋白在胃癌中相互抑制表达 ,在胃癌发生发展过程中起一定的作用 ,对胃癌的预后判断有一定的帮助

Study on the expression of P16 and Rb protein in gastric carcinoma

Aim: To study the function of the expression of P16, Rb protein of oncogenesis and development in human gastric carcinoma. Methods: The expression of P16 and Rb in 40 gastric cancer patients and 18 cases of normal gastric cancer adjacent to them were analysed by the method of immunohistochemistry. Results: The positive expression rates (35.5%, 40%) of P16 and Rb were lower in gastric cancer than those in normal gastric cancer adjacent to them (88.6%, 85.7%) ( P <0.05); the positive expression rates of P16 and Rb protein had a negetive correlation significantly ( P < 0.05 , r s= 0.512); the lower level of P16 expression was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis, invasion level,and TNM stage( P <0.05). The lower level of Rb expression was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis( P < 0.05), and it had no relationship between invasion level and TNM stage( P >0.05). Conclusions: The expression of P16 and Rb protein inhibit each other and play important roles in oncogenesis and development of gastric carcinoma, and might be helpful to evaluate the prognosis of gastric cancer.
