174例42d婴儿骨源性碱性磷酸酶测定结果分析

目的 :对 174例 BAL P检测 ,了解 4 2 d婴儿 Vit D缺乏情况 ,做到早期发现、早期诊断、早期干预治疗。方法 :按北京金域高科诊断技术公司提供的 BAL P试剂盒要求进行操作。结果 :BAL P≤ 2 0 0 U / L 13例 ,男 6 ,女 7例 ;2 0 0～ 2 5 0 U/ L 2 7例 ,男 14例 ,女 13例 ;2 5 0 <30 0 U/ L 10 3例 ,男 5 3例 ,女 5 0例 ;30 0 U / L 31例 ,男 2 1例 ,女 10例。结论 :BAL P测定结果男女无特别差异 ,喂养方式与 BAL P测定结果无明显差异 ,无论母乳喂养、配方奶喂养儿均应补充 Vit D。

Analysis on the detection results of bone alkaline phosphatase of 174 infants aged 42 days

Objective:By investigating the infant Vitamin D deficiency to make early detection, diagnosis and prevention.Methods:Bone alkaline phosphatases (BALP) of 174 infants were detected using reagent of NBAP offered by Beijing KingMed High-Tech Diagnostic Technology Co., Ltd according to its instructions.Results:BALP 200/L: 13 cases with male 6 and female 7; 200-250/L: 27 cases with male 14 and female 13; 250-300/L: 103 cases with male 53 and female 50; 300/L: 31 cases with male 21 and female 10.Conclusion:There was no significant difference on BALP detection results between female and male cases. The feeding methods had no significant relation to BALP detection results. Vitamin D should be supplemented to infants, whether breast feeding or formula milk feeding.
