超声乳化人工晶状体植入术后膜形成的分析

目的：探讨白内障超声乳化吸出及人工晶状体植入后人工晶状体前膜形成的机制和处理方法。方法：对393例进行术后随访观察。结果：有21眼人工晶状体前膜形成，发生率5．0％，用皮质类固醇治疗有效，1周内大部分吸收，无1例复发，有2眼用YAG，1眼失败，不影响术后矫正视力，结论：人工晶状体前膜是超声乳化及人工晶状体植入后常见早期并发症，其形成可能与血－房水屏障破坏和免疫反应有关，大多数病例通过药物治疗可完全吸收，视力增进。

Clinical observation of membrane formation on anterior surface of intraocular lens after phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation

Objective To evaluate mechanism and management of intraocular lens anterior membrane formation after phaco & IOL. implantation. Meth- ods 393 cases (420 eyes) who received phaco & IOL implantation were observed. Results In 420 eyes which received phaco & IOL implanta- tion, anterior membrane formation on anterior surface of intraocular lens in 21 eyes(5%) Corticosteroid is effective. In most of the eases, the memrane absorbed within 1 week and no reoccurence was observed. Two cases were treated with YAG laser, one of them was failed hut the cor- rected vision had not be affected. Conclusion Membrane formation on anterior surface of intraocular lens is the common early complication after Phaeo & IOL implantation. It is suggested that there may be a close rel- evance between the fibrous membrane formation and breakdown of blood- aqueous barrier and immune response. In most of the eases, the mem- brane could absorb completely after medical treatment and the vision im- prove.
