| 摘 要： | 目的研究在乳腺癌改良根治术中应用"皮瓣对抗牵引"法,对术后皮下积液的影响.方法对153例患者实施乳腺癌改良根治术,术中采用"皮瓣对抗牵引"法.结果皮下积液发生率为9.8%,腋窝积液发生率为2.6%.结论在乳腺癌改良根治术中应用"皮瓣对抗牵引"法,能显著减少腋窝积液并发症的发生,有利于皮瓣愈合. |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the application of the derma dual pulling method in breast modified radical mastectomy and its affection to liquid gathering under the derma after operation. Methods: 153 case patients of breast cancer were received breast modified radical mastectomy with the derma dual pulling method. Results: The rate of liquid gathering under the derma is 9.8% and the rate of the liquid gathering in the armpit is only 2.6%. Conclusion: The application of the derma dual pulling method in breast modified radical mastectomy can evidently reduce the amount of the liquid gathering under the derma. It benefits the wound to cure. |
