拔牙后即刻临时固定桥修复的临床观察

目的:拔牙后即刻行固定临时修复,观察拔牙创愈合后固定永久修复的时期和修复率,及对固定永久修复体的影响。方法:选择18例患者,拔除25颗牙齿。制作固定临时修复体。40分钟后,试戴固定临时修复体,2-3个月后再次牙体预备(龈下边缘)行固定永久修复。结果:固定临时修复对拔牙创具有保护作用,利于拔牙创自洁和愈合;对基牙牙髓无不良刺激;对基牙牙周组织无不利影响义齿美观且功能良好。结论:拔牙后即刻固定临时修复,利于患者的美观和功能。

Clinical study of the effects of early application of provisional fixed bridges

Objective: To observe the clinical effects of the placement of immediate provisional fixed bridges following extraction of tooth. Methods: 18 patients with 25 extracted tooth were included in this study. The provisional fixed bridges were fabricated and placed 40 minutes after tooth extraction. The final bridges were finished 2-3 months later, the abutments were reprepared (subgingival margins) and the final bridges were placed. Results: The provisional restorations had protective effect to the extraction sockets and provided benefit to the wound cleaning and healing. The abutments and periodontal tissue were healthy. Good aesthetic and functional results were achieved with the restorations. Conclusions: Immediate provisional fixed bridges may help achieve good aesthetic and functional results.
