芹菜干红葡萄酒抗疲劳作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的:探讨芹菜干红葡萄酒对小鼠抗疲劳、耐力、生存能力的作用.方法:对小鼠分别进行爬杆、负重游泳、耐高温、耐寒冷、耐缺氧等实验观察,测定芹菜干红葡萄酒抗疲劳、增强机体对寒冷、高温、缺氧等应急耐受性的效果.结果:芹菜干红葡萄酒具有明显的提高机体耐力、增强体质、提高免疫力的作用.并能明显延长实验动物在寒冷、高温、缺氧等情况下的生存时间.结论:芹菜干红葡萄酒具有一定的食疗保健作用.

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effects of the celery none-sugar raki on resisting fatigue,stamina and viability.Methods: To observe the experiment of the mice shinning,burden swimming,heat-resistant,cold resistant and toleniting anoxia and mensurade the effects of the celery none-suger raki on fatigue vesistant,cold resistant,heat-resistant and to lernting anoxia.Results: The results showed that the celer none-suger raki have function to improve the stamina,constitution and immunity and prolong the survival time in cold,high temp erature and anoxia.Conclusion: The celery none-sugar raki have function tohealthcare and diatotherapy.
