心理干预对脑肿瘤患者家属负性情绪的影响

目的探讨心理干预对脑肿瘤患者家属负性情绪的影响。方法120例脑肿瘤患者家属随机分为干预组和对照组,应用焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评估患者家属的负性情绪,干预组予以心理干预措施,对照组按常规进行。结果两组患者家属焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分结果比较,干预组心理干预后焦虑自评量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理干预能改善患者家属的负性情绪。

Effect of Psychological Intervention on Negative Emotion of Family Members of Patients with Intracranial Tumors

Objective To explore the influence of psychological intervention on the negative emo- tion of family members of patients with intraeranial tumors.Methods Totally 120 relatives of pa- tients with intracranial tumors were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and Self-rating depression scale(SDS)were used to evaluate the negative emotion of the relatives.Psychological intervention was given to relatives in the interven- tion group and routine nursing care was given to those in the control group.Results The scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale were significantly lower in the interven- tion group after psychological interventions than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention can relieve the negative emotion of family members of patients with in- tracranial tumors.
