益母草对心肌缺血大鼠血液流变学及血栓形成的影响

摘    要:目的观察益母草注射液对心肌缺血大鼠血液流变学各项指标、血小板聚集率及体外血栓形成的影响.方法结扎大鼠冠状动脉左室支复制心肌缺血的动物模型.心肌缺血1小时后从尾静脉注入益母草注射液,缺血2小时后取血栓测各项指标.结果益母草注射液能明显降低大鼠心肌缺血过程中升高的全血粘度、血浆粘度、血沉及血浆纤维蛋白原(P<0.01~0.001),并可降低二磷酸腺苷(ADP)及胶原诱导的血小板聚集率(P<0.05~0.01);显著抑制体外血栓的形成,其主要表现为使血栓长度明显缩短(P<0.01),血检湿重和干重显著减轻(P<0.05~0.01).结论益母草注射液可减轻心肌缺血过程中血液粘度的升高,抑制血小板聚集及血栓形成,因而具有抗心肌缺血的作用.

Abstract:Objective: The effects of Leonurus heterophyllus sweet injection was observed by blood rheology, platelet aggregation and extrasomatic thrombosis in rat with myocardial ischemia. Methods: An animal model of myocardial ischemia was reconstructed by ligaturing the left ventricular branch of coronary artery of rat. At the first hour after myocardial ischemia, Leonurus heterophylLus sweet was injected into caudal vein and blood specimen was collected from carotid at the second hour after myocardial ischemia so as to be detected. Results: Leonurus heterophylLus sweet reduced the blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, ery-throcyte sedimentation rate (ESR) and the content of fibrinogen in plasma which augmented during myocardial ischemia (P<0.05-0.01 compared with contrast), besides this, it also lowered platelet aggregation rate induced by adenosine diphosphate (ADP) and collagen respectively ( P < 0. 05- 0. 01 compared with contrast). In addition, extrasomatic thrombosis was inhibited, which showed as shortened length, light wet weight and dry weight of thrombi ( P < 0. 05-0. 01 compared with contrast). Conclusion: Leonurus heterophyllus sweet can improve blood rheology, inhibite platelet aggregation and extrasomatic thrombosis, so it has the effect of resistance to myocardial ischemia even to thrombotic disease.
