穴位注射LAK细胞对Balb/c小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘    要:目的 :观察小鼠连续多次穴位注射不同数目 L AK细胞对其免疫功能的影响 ,为临床应用提供理论依据。方法 :4 0只小鼠随机分组 ,每组 10只 ,设为对照组 (生理盐水组 ) ,阴性对照组 (腹腔注射 L AK细胞 5× 10 7/ml) ,低剂量组 (L AK细胞 5× 10 6 /m l)和高剂量组 (L AK细胞 5× 10 7/m l)。另用 10只小鼠制备 L AK细胞 ,采用 L AK细胞分别对 2组小鼠足三里、肝俞穴位注射 ,每个穴位 0 .0 2 ml,1次 /日 ,连续 7天 ,对照组注射生理盐水 ,注射穴位、实验相同。阴性对照组腹腔注射高剂量L AK细胞 ,每日一次 ,每次 0 .1ml,连续 7天。结果 :阴性对照组与 L AK细胞低剂量组的小鼠免疫功能明显高于对照的生理盐水组 ,NK细胞杀伤活性、NKCF水平以及 IL - 2活性均有提高 ,经统计学处理有显著性差异。L AK高剂量组小鼠免疫功能明显高于阴性对照组与低剂量组 ,NK细胞杀伤活性、NKCF水平以及 IL - 2活性均有增高 ,经统计学处理具有显著的差异。结论 :L AK细胞对小鼠足三里、肝俞进行穴位注射能明显提高小鼠的免疫功能 ,高剂量明显优于阴性对照组与低剂量组。同时表明 :同剂量的穴位注射较非穴位注射更为优越

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To study the influence of immunologic function of Balb/c mice by injecting different amount of LAK cell for offering theoretic gist of clinic treatment. METHODS: 30 Balb/c mice were randomly divided into group A (injected 0.9% NaCl), B(injected low dosage LAK cell 5×106/ml) and C(injected high dosage LAK cell 5×107/ml). Through separate administering LAK cell and 0.9% NaCl to Acupoint Zushanli and Kanshu in mice of group A, B and C at 1 time per day , 0.02 ml/point for 7 days. RESULTS: Obviously the effect of immune function of the mice in Group B was higher than that of group A. The activity of NK cell was ascended from 37±2.0% in group A to 51±2.5% in group B, and the level of NKCF was heightened from 35.61% in group A to 48±6.3% in group B. The activity of L-2 was raised from 0.3±0.07 in group A to 0.6±0.14 in group B. The difference was significant in statistics. In the same way , the effect of immunologic function of the mice in Group C was promoted higher more than that of group B. The activity of NK cell was influenced from 51±2.5% in group B to 77±5.4% in group C, and the level of NKCF was enhanced from 48±6.3% in group B to 66±10% in group C. The activity of L-2 was raised from 0.6±0.14 in group B to 1.0±0.07 in group C. The difference was significant in statistics. CONCLUSION: The results show that the injection of LAK cell to Zushanli and Kanshu not only increases markedly the effect of immunologic function of the experimental animal, but also suggests obviously injection of the high do sage of LAK cell superior to that of the low dosage.
