摘    要:目的 研究代谢综合征 (metabolicsyndrome ,MS)患者肾脏损害的特征及其相关因素。方法  3 3 4例患者分为高血压组 (EH)、糖尿病组 (DM)和MS组 ,比较 3组患者的肾功能指标及相关因素。结果 MS组尿微量蛋白 (mioroalbumin uria ,MA)高于EH组和DM组 ,内生肌酐清除率 (ereatinineelearaneerate ,Ccr)低于EH组和DM组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;相关分析表明 ,MS组中MA与年龄、收缩压 (SBP)、脉压 (PP)、高血压病程、糖尿病病程、尿酸有不同程度的正相关 ,Ccr与年龄、收缩压、脉压、高血压病程、糖尿病病程、血糖有不同程度的负相关 (P

Abstract:Objective To study the renal dysfunction and the related risk factors in patients with metabolic syndrome. Methods A total of 334 patients were divided into essential hypertension group (EH, n = 98), type 2 diabetes mellitus group (T2DM, n = 68), and metabolic syndrome group (MS, n = 178). Indexes of renal dysfunction and related risk factors in the three groups were compared. Results Compared with those in EH and T2DM groups,increased microalbuminuria (MA) and decreased creatinine clearance (Cer) were observed in MS group ( P < 0.05).There was no difference in BUN and Ccr levels between the three groups ( P > 0.05). Correlation analysis showed that Ccr was negatively correlated to the age, systolic pressure (SBP), pulse pressure (PP), the illness periods of hypertension and diabetes, fasting blood glucose level, and MA in MS group, respectively ( P < 0.05). There was positive correlation between serum glucose and MA in T2DM (P < 0.05). There was no correlation between these parameters in EH group. Conclusion The clustering of multiple metabolic risk factors may worsen the renal function in MS patients.
