代谢综合征肾脏损害及其相关因素的研究

Renal dysfunction and its related factors in the metabolic syndrome

Objective To study the renal dysfunction and the related risk factors in patients with metabolic syndrome. Methods A total of 334 patients were divided into essential hypertension group (EH, n = 98), type 2 diabetes mellitus group (T2DM, n = 68), and metabolic syndrome group (MS, n = 178). Indexes of renal dysfunction and related risk factors in the three groups were compared. Results Compared with those in EH and T2DM groups,increased microalbuminuria (MA) and decreased creatinine clearance (Cer) were observed in MS group ( P < 0.05).There was no difference in BUN and Ccr levels between the three groups ( P > 0.05). Correlation analysis showed that Ccr was negatively correlated to the age, systolic pressure (SBP), pulse pressure (PP), the illness periods of hypertension and diabetes, fasting blood glucose level, and MA in MS group, respectively ( P < 0.05). There was positive correlation between serum glucose and MA in T2DM (P < 0.05). There was no correlation between these parameters in EH group. Conclusion The clustering of multiple metabolic risk factors may worsen the renal function in MS patients.
