高危人工流产相关影响因素调查分析

目的：分析北京市海淀区妇幼保健院4年来高危因素人工流产的发生情况,以便更有针对性地采取干预措施。方法：北京市海淀区妇幼保健院计划生育指导中心2005年1月～2008年6月收治的要求人工流产妇女50874例,其中有高危因素13398例,分别统计各类高危因素发生情况,并对其进行分析。结果：高危人工流产占总数的26.34%,未婚、流动人口及无固定职业者是高危流产的高发人群。高危因素主要以多次人流、半年内终止妊娠、年龄≤20岁为主,且年龄≤20岁高危人工流产发展呈直线上升趋势,半年内终止妊娠史呈下降趋势,外地户口明显高于北京市户口,说明人工流产的发展趋势具有年轻化,重复率高,流动人口居多等特点。结论：降低高危人工流产发生的关键是向广大育龄人群宣传正确的性知识、生殖健康知识及避孕节育知识,尤其对未婚青少年、流动人口及无固定职业者生殖健康教育要加大力度。

Investigation and Analysis of Influential Factors Related to High Risk Induced Abortion
