电脑辅助认知康复系统治疗脑卒中后认知障碍的疗效观察

目的：观察电脑辅助认知康复系统治疗脑卒中后认知障碍的疗效.方法：将48例脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者随机分为观察组和对照组各24例；2组均给予药物、运动及认知训练等常规康复训练,观察组加用电脑辅助认知康复系统训练.治疗前后采用简易精神状况检查量表（MMSE）和洛文斯顿作业疗法认知评定量表（LOTCA）进行评定.结果：治疗8周后,2组患者LOTCA及MMSE评分均较治疗前显著提高,且观察组更高于对照组（均P＜0.05）.结论：电脑辅助认知康复系统可明显改善脑卒中后认知障碍患者的认知功能.

Effectiveness of computer-assisted cognitive training system for patients with cognitive function impairment after stroke

Objective：To study the effectiveness of computer-assisted cognitive training system for patients with cognitive function impairment after stroke.Methods：Forty-eight stroke patients with cognitive function impairment were randomly divided into observation group and control group （n=24 each）.Both groups received the same medical therapy,physical therapy and traditional cognitive therapy,and the patients in observation group also received computer-assisted cognitive system training additionally.The mini mental status examination （MMSE） and Loewenstein occupational therapy cognitive assessment （LOTCA） were used to evaluate the cognition function of the subjects at the beginning and at the end of the training,respectively.Results：At the 8th week of training,the MMSE and LOTCA scores were increased in both two groups,more significantly in observation group （P＜0.05）.Conclusion：The computer-assisted cognitive training system can improve the cognitive function of patient with cognitive function impairment after stroke.
