| 摘 要： | 目的:观察化痰止眩饮治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的临床疗效.方法:将86例患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组46例,治疗组口服西比灵胶囊联合中药化痰止眩饮;对照组口服西比灵胶囊.观察两组症状体征改善及血液流变学和椎-基底动脉收缩末期最大流速情况.结果:治疗组有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的54.35%(P<0.05);两组治疗后椎-基底动脉收缩末期最大流速情况明显改善(P<0.05);血液流变学治疗组明显改善(P<0.05).结论:化痰止眩饮能够有效治疗气虚痰热型后循环缺血性眩晕.
