淮安市2000年麻疹流行特征分析

目的：分析淮安市2000年麻疹流行特征，为制订控制麻疹的对策提供科学依据。方法：对2000年淮安市发生的446例麻疹作回顾性分析。结果：2000年淮安市麻疹疫情较1999年有较大增长；大年龄组人群发病所占比例增加；女性发病率高于男性；共发生爆发疫情4起，爆发病例153例，主要分布在6－14岁小学生中。结论：要消除麻疹还要作长期的努力，必须开展强化免疫活动，提高疫情监测系统的敏感性，对疑似病例进行实验室检测；开展人群免疫水平监测，分析流行趋势，免疫易感人群。

EPIDEMIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS ON MEASLES IN HUAI''''AN 2000.

Objective:In order to understand the characteristics of incidence of measles in Huaian to provide information for government to make strategy in controlling measles.Methods:A retrospective review was undertaken of all the confirmed measles that occurred in Huaian in the year 2000.Result:The measles incidence in Huaian in 2000 was very higher than that in 1999.The incidence among the age group 6~14 years was higher than before.The incidence in female is higher than that in male.Four measles outbreak with 153 cases was reported,which occurred mainly among primary school students between 6~14 years old.Conclusion:Measles eradication is still years away.Since the measles is highly contagious,very high immunization coverage rates will be required to control the incidence of it.Besides the routine immunization schedule,the periodic mass immunization campaigns are necessary.Measles surveillance should be strengthened especially the laboratory campaigns are necessary.Measles surveillance should be strengthened especially the laboratory detection of suspected measles cases and determining the immunity status to find dynamic changes in measles susceptible.
