Abstract:It is an important means to detect specific antibody-containing cells(ACC)inthe intestinal mucosa by using immunofluorescent technique.The method of Pierceand of husband was modified by specific antisera in place of purified FITC-labelledantibody combining with corresponding antigen,which played a role of bridge bet-ween ACC and FITC-labelled non-specific antibody.The results demonstrated that themodified method was more simpler than Pierce and husband,and remained specificand sensitive)that soluble heat-stable antigen of CJ-S131 could be used as an antigenprobe for detection of specific ACC in the animal model in which killed CJ-S131 bac-teria was used as an immunogcn in the studies of mucosal immunity mechanisms.
