腹腔镜手术联合孕三烯酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效分析

目的探讨腹腔镜手术联合孕三烯酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的治疗效果。方法随机选取经腹腔镜手术诊断的子宫内膜异位症患者,将术后接受使用孕三烯酮的患者45例设为研究组,不接受使用孕三烯酮的患者33例设为对照组,进行跟踪分析,比较2组患者术后的疗效情况。结果经统计分析,研究组总有效率91.1%,复发率8.9%,副反应8.9%,7例不孕者有3例妊娠。对照组总有效率60.6%,复发率39.3%,6例不孕者有1例妊娠,2组术后疗效有显著性差别（P〈0.05）。结论子宫内膜异位症腹腔镜术后联用孕三烯酮,可有效地控制子宫内膜异位症并降低复发率,提高妊娠率,且副反应小。

Efficiency Analysis of Laparoscopic Surgery Combined with Gestrinone for Treating Endometriosis

Objective To evaluate the laparoscopic surgery combined with gestrinone for treating for endometriosis.Methods Patients were randomly selected by diagnostic laparoscopy with endometriosis,and 45 cases of endometrioma will accept the use of gestrinone as combined treatment group,33 cases of endometrioma does not accept gestrinone as control group,track analysis,comparing the efficacy of postoperative situation.Results The statistical analysis of the total effective rate 91.1%,the recurrence rate of 8.9%,8.9% adverse reactions in 7 cases,3 cases of pregnancy infertility.Efficiency of the control group was 60.6%,the recurrence rate of 39.3%,6 cases, 1 case of pregnancy,infertility,the curative effect of the two groups was significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery combined with gestrinone,can effectively control endometriosis and reduce the relapse rate and improve pregnancy,and the small side.
