| 摘 要： | 目的观察中西医结合治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法将80例冠心病患者随机分为对照组与治疗组各40例,2组均予西医常规治疗,治疗组加用自拟益气活血汤治疗,疗程均为4周。结果治疗组心绞痛疗效评定及心电图疗效、血液流变学变化指标均优于对照组。结论中西医结合治疗冠心病疗效可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine on coronary heart disease.Methods 80 cases of coronary heart disease randomly divided into treatment group(n=40) and control group(n=40).Patients in control group were treated by routine western medicine.Patients in treatment group were treated by Yiqihuoxue decoction combined with routine western medicine Course of 4 weeks.Results Clinical evaluation of heart stroke clinical efficacy and ECG,hemorrheology changes are better than the control group.Conclusion combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine has a good effect on coronary heart disease (CHD). |
