| 摘 要： | 目的为了解决自发性气胸愈后反复复发问题。方法采用胸腔闭式引流加庆大霉素、高渗糖胸腔内注射胸膜粘连术治疗自发性气胸和单纯胸腔闭式引流术两组病人对照。结果治疗组病人临床治愈率92.0%,1年复发率4.4%;观察组临床治愈率93.3%,1年复发率42.9%。结论胸腔闭式引流胸膜粘连术治疗自发性气胸,取得了治愈率高,复发率低的效果,建议临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective In order to solve the prognosis for recurrent spontaneous pneumothorax recurrence of the problem.Methods With closed thoracic drainage plus gentamicin,intrapleural injection of hypertonic glucose Pleurodesis treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax and simple closed thoracic drainage control groups of patients.Results Clinical cure rate of the treatment group patient was 92.0%,One-year recurrence rate was 4.4%;Clinical cure rate of the observation group patient was 93.3%,One-year recurrence rate was 42.9%.Conclusion Thoracic cavity closed drainage of pleural adhesions in the treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax,Has achieved high cure rate,low recurrence rate effect,The proposed clinical application and dissemination. |
