| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of the nursing intervention in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,improve pulmonary function and life quality.Methods 80 were randomly divided into the investigation group（40 cases） and the control group（40 cases）.The former took the nursing intervention for 6 months,patients in control group received knowledge education only when they missionary doctor,and then compared the nursing effect of them,including pulmonary function and life quality.Results The effects of investigation group were better than that of the control group.There were significant difference in pulmonary function and life quality between the investigation group and the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Nursing intervention for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can improve pulmonary function and life quality. |
