| 摘 要： | 观察了45例糖尿病患者胰岛素治疗6个月前后的血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-ch)及其亚组水平。结果显示胰岛素治疗主要增加无抗动脉粥样硬化、冠心病作用的HDL_3-ch水平。

| Abstract: | Effect of insulin therapy on serum HDL-ch and HDL2-ch/HDL3-ch was studied in 45 oases of diabetes mellitus (NIDDM22, IDDM23). The plasma glucose in both male and female NIDDM groups decreased markedly, but HDL-ch, HDL2-ch and HDL3-ch in male NIDDM were increased, same as in male IDDM. In females, HDL-ch and HDL3-ch levels increased 4.00mg/dl and 5.22mg/dl respectively, but statistically, only HDL3-oh elevations were significant. HDL2-ch levels in NIDDM remained much lower than that in IDDM. |
