某大学医院职工的心理健康与人格特征分析

目的评估高校医院职工心理健康及人格特征，探讨提高医院职工心理素质的方法与途径，为医院职工心理健康和综合素质的提高提供参考依据。方法用SCL-90症状自评量袁和艾森克人格问卷（EPQ）对陕西师范大学医院58名职工进行问卷调查。结果医院职工在人际关系敏感、抑郁2个因子上的得分高于全国常模；不同性别、学历、岗位职工在部分SCL-90因子得分上的差异有统计学意义；非医生岗位职工的EPQ情绪性因子分高于医生岗位医务人员。结论医院职工在人际关系敏感、抑郁方面健康水平低于全国平均水平；医院职工心理健康受性别、学历、岗位影响；医生岗位职工情绪稳定性好于非医生岗位。

An Analysis of the Hospital Staff's Psychological Health and Personality Characteristics in a University

Objective To find out the methods or approaches to improve the hospital staff＇s psychological qualities and provide some valuable references to improve their psychological health and integrated quality on the basis of assessment of the their psychological health and personality characteristics. Method The SCL-90 and the eysenck personality questionnaire （EPQ） are used to conduct a questionnaire survey to 58 hospital staff members in shaanxi Normal University. Results The scores in interpersonal sensitivity and depression were higher than the national norm; the differences in some of the SCL-90 score of the staff with different gender, education backgrounds and jobs were statistically significant; the emotional factor scores of the staff in other fields were higher than that of the hospital staff. Conclusion Hospital staff health level in interpersonal sensitivity and depression is lower than that of the national average; psychological health of the hospital staff is influenced by their gender, education and post; the emotional stability of the hospital staff is better than that of the staff in other fields.
