安徽省三县健康教育现状调查

目的了解安徽省农村社区健康教育现状,为制定农村健康教育政策和策略提供依据。方法按照经济状况,选择泾县、庐江和濉溪3县为样本地区。在样本地区调查县、乡、村卫生机构建设、经费投入、设备配置、队伍建设、业务工作、当地主要健康问题等情况。结果我省的卫生技术人员缺乏;卫生事业费投入严重不足,无健康教育经费的投入;农村健康教育形式单一、手段落后;农民关注的健康问题主要是慢性病、传染病、合作医疗和饮水卫生;中、小学生喜欢健康教育课并希望参与健康教育课的教学。结论我省应保证健康教育常规经费;建立健全健康教育机构和网络,充分利用现有的健康教育资源开展健康教育活动。健康教育应重点关注慢性病和传染病。

Investigation of Health Education Situation in Anhui Rural Areas

Objective To understand health education situation in rural communities so as to provide basis for making health education policies and strategies in rural areas of the province.Method A method of qualitation and quantitative study was used.Result 1.There was not enough professional staff at various levels,especially at village level.2.Financial support was not enough for health work,especially for health education.3.Pattern of health education was simple and health education methods were backward.4.What farmers concerned most were chronic diseases,infectious diseases,cooperative medical care and drinking water health.5.Students in primary schools and middle schools liked participating in health education.Conclusion Our province should increase the input of health service,ensure convention fund of health education,improve and perfect the agencies and network of health education.The present resources should be sufficiently utilized in village health education.Chronic diseases and infectious diseases prevention should be the stress of health education.
