| 摘 要： | 应用整群分层随机抽样方法，对合肥市区７０岁以上老人慢性病患病情况进行调查分析，结果表明，合肥市区老年人慢性病患病率为６４．２９％，男性高于女性，以循环系统、呼吸系统和消化系统患病率为高，慢性病患病率较高的病种依次为慢支、心脏病、高血压、关节炎和消化性疾病。

| Abstract: | The chronic diseases condition of the elderly aged 70 and over in Hefei has been investigated by using the method of cluster sampling. The results indicated that the morbidity of the elderly's chronic diseases was 64.29%, the male's was more than the female's. The prevalanee of the circulatory, respiratory and digestive system was high, such as chronic bronchitis cardiopathy hypertension, arthitis and digestive diseases. |
