98例舌下腺囊肿的手术治疗体会

目的:探讨舌下腺囊肿的手术方法、术中注意事项、并发症的原因及其预防。方法:对98例手术治疗舌下腺囊肿患者进行回顾性分析。结果:98例舌下腺囊肿,其中单纯型90例,口外型6例,哑铃型2例。所有病例均采用手术摘除患侧舌下腺及邻近囊肿。术后1例复发,术后同侧颌下阻塞性肿大1例。结论:舌下腺囊肿为假性囊肿,完整摘除患侧舌下腺是根治舌下腺囊肿的有效方法。术中、术后注重细节,以减轻患者的不适,减少复发率。

Experience of surgical treatment in the 98 cases of sublingual gland cyst

Objective To investigate the method of sublingual gland cyst operation,intraoperative attention,the causes of complications and the prevention.Method 98 cases of sublingual cyst who had the surgical treatment were retrospectively analyzed.Results 90 cases were simply type,6 cases were mouth shape and 2 cases were dumbbell type,and they were all treated with surgical removal of the ipsilateral sublingual gland and the adjacent cyst.1 case recurred and 1 case suffered ipsilateral submandibular obstructive enlargement postoperation respectively.Conclusion Complete extirpation of the ipsilateral sublingual gland is an effective method for the sublingual gland cyst as a pseudocyst.More attention must be paid to surgical details intra and postoperation and it can relieve the discomfort of patients and reduce the rate of recurrence.
