| 摘 要： | 目的对上海市杨浦区卫生局研制的《城市社区卫生服务机构医疗保险工作考核指标体系》进行实证检验，为考核体系的应用推广提供依据。方法运用原有考核体系和本考核体系对杨浦区8家社区卫生服务机构2007年1—10月的医保工作进行考核，将考核结果作为检验资料；随机选取其他城区的11家社区卫生服务机构，运用本考核体系对其2007年1—6月与2008年1—6月的医保工作进行考核，将考核结果作为实证检验资料，对考核结果进行两变量的相关分析和成对样本t检验。结果原有考核体系结果与本考核体系结果的相关性有统计学意义（r=0．761，P=0．028）；原有考核体系结果的均值为（92．81±4．36）分，本考核体系结果的均值为（77．194-12．74）分，两者比较差异有统计学意义（t=4．492，P=0．003）。2007年1-6月考核结果的均值为（90．09±2．94）分，2008年1-6月考核结果的均值为（93．86±2．73）分，两者比较差异有统计学意义（t=-3．166，P=0．010）。结论本考核体系具有较强的科学性、实用性、可操作性和有效性，适合在医疗保险监管部门对社区卫生服务机构的管理中应用和推广。 |
