红豆蔻挥发油的提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的:优选确立红豆蔻中挥发油的最佳提取工艺。方法:用水蒸气蒸馏的方法提取挥发油,以挥发油提取率为指标,采用正交试验设计,对药材粉碎程度,加水倍数,浸泡时间,蒸馏时间进行探讨研究。结果:最佳提取工艺是红豆蔻原药材粉碎成14目粗粉,加6倍的水,水蒸汽蒸馏6 h收取挥发油。结论:筛选的提取工艺可行、效率高,适合工业化生产。

Abstract:Objective: To optimize and establish the extraction technology of total oil in Biminkang.Methods: Extract the volatile oil by steam distillation.Degree of herbs crushed,volume of water,soakage time and distillation time for the volatile oil extraction rate of the impact were investigated.The study was carried out with orthogonal design.Results: The optimum extraction process is the Alpinia Galanga crushed into 14 mesh meal ingredients,plus 6 times the water,steam distillation of volatile oils collected 6 h....
