| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高压氧结合脑活素治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病（hypoxic-ischemicencephalopathy，HIE）的治疗效果。方法213例HIE患儿随机分为两组。对照组108例，采用脑活素治疗；观察组105例，采用高压氧结合脑活素治疗。结果观察组总有效率93．3％，对照组总有效率80．6％，观察组高于对照组（P〈0．01）；患儿第14、21、28天NBNA评分，观察组均高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论高压氧结合脑活素治疗HIE安全、有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with cerebrolysin in treating hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.Methods Two hundred and thirteen patients with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy were randomly divided into control group(108 cases) and experimental group(105 cases),in which the patients in the control group were treated by cerebrolysin,while the patients in the experimental group were treated by hyperbaric oxygen combined with cerebrolysin.Results The total effect rate of the experimental group was 93.3%,which was obviously better than that in the control group whose results were 80.6%(P<0.01).And the experimental group got higher scores in NBNA on the 14th,21st,28th day than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Treating hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy by hyperbaric oxygen combined with cerebrolysin is safe and effective. |
