常规疗法加思密达灌肠治疗小儿秋季腹泻的临床观察与护理

目的观察常规疗法加思密达灌肠治疗小儿秋季腹泻的临床疗效并总结护理体会。方法将80例秋季腹泻患儿随机分为两组,每组40例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上,给予思密达保留灌肠。观察两组治疗效果及相关症状改善情况。结果观察组总有效率97.5%,高于对照组的75.0%(P0.01);观察组的疗程、脱水纠正时间、退热时间以及治疗后每日大便次数均少于对照组(P0.01)。结论常规疗法加思密达灌肠治疗小儿秋季腹泻疗效显著,且护理操作简单、安全,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation and nursing on smecta clysis combined with conventional therapy in treatment of children with autumn diarrhea

Objective To observe the clinical and nursing effect of smecta clysis in treatment of children with autumn diarrhea and summarize the nursing care experience.Methods Eighty children with autumn diarrhea were randomly divided into treatment group(40 cases) and control group(40 cases).The patients in the control group received conventional therapy,while the patients in the treatment group were treated with smecta clysis combined with conventional therapy.The treatment effectiveness and relevant symptoms in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment group(97.5%) was higher than that of the control group(75.0%)(P<0.01).The course of treatment,correct dehydration time,pyretolysis time and the post-treatment defecation times of the patients in the treatment group were significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Smecta clysis combined with conventional therapy in treatment of children with autumn diarrhea which has the advantages of simple nursing procedure and safety has evident effect and is worthy of clinical application.
